1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the access to and use of EnzenTechnologies, including all services, solutions, communications, and interactions provided through the website or through direct engagement. EnzenTechnologies operates as a technology partner focused on improving how businesses function through structured, scalable, and performance-driven solutions. All services are provided based on defined business requirements, technical feasibility, and mutually agreed expectations. By accessing this website, initiating communication, or engaging with any of our services, you acknowledge that you are entering into a professional relationship governed by these terms, and you agree to comply with all applicable conditions, policies, and guidelines outlined herein.
By continuing to access this website or use our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the website and services immediately. EnzenTechnologies reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these terms at any time without prior notice, and such changes become effective upon being published on this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically, and continued use of the website or services after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Scope of Services
EnzenTechnologies provides consulting, system architecture, software development, platform engineering, and related technology services designed to improve operational efficiency, scalability, reliability, and long-term system performance. All services are delivered based on clearly defined business requirements, technical discussions, and mutually agreed scope of work, which may be documented through proposals, statements of work, written communications, or formal agreements. The company focuses on outcome-driven execution, meaning that solutions are designed not just for implementation, but for sustained usability, performance, and alignment with business objectives. However, the effectiveness of delivered solutions may depend on factors including client inputs, third-party dependencies, infrastructure environments, and operational usage.
EnzenTechnologies operates strictly as an independent technology service provider and does not function as a financial institution, legal authority, government body, or regulated advisory entity. Any information, recommendations, or solutions provided are limited to technology implementation and operational improvement within the defined project scope. Clients are solely responsible for how such solutions are used within their business context, including compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. EnzenTechnologies does not assume liability for decisions made by the client based on the use of its services beyond the agreed scope of engagement.
3. Use of Website
Users are expected to interact with this website in a lawful and appropriate manner.
- Unauthorized access to systems or data is strictly prohibited
- Content may not be copied, reused, or distributed without permission
- Any attempt to disrupt or misuse the platform is not permitted
4. Engagement & Agreements
All work undertaken by EnzenTechnologies is governed by clearly defined agreements, which may include proposals, statements of work, scope documents, email confirmations, or any other form of written communication that establishes mutual understanding between both parties. These agreements define the scope of services, deliverables, timelines, technical requirements, and responsibilities, and are considered binding once accepted by the client. Any assumptions not explicitly documented within the agreed scope shall not be considered part of the deliverables, and EnzenTechnologies shall not be held responsible for expectations outside the formally agreed terms.
Any changes to scope, features, functionality, or requirements requested after project initiation may result in revisions to timelines, cost, and delivery structure depending on the nature and complexity of the change. Such changes must be reviewed and formally acknowledged by both parties before implementation. Clients are required to provide timely feedback, approvals, and necessary inputs throughout the engagement, and any delays or lack of communication from the client’s side may impact delivery schedules, for which EnzenTechnologies shall not be held responsible.
5. Commercial Terms
Pricing for all services is determined based on project scope, technical complexity, resource allocation, and delivery expectations, and is communicated in advance through formal proposals, quotations, or agreements. Payment structures may include upfront payments, milestone-based payments, or phased billing depending on the nature of the engagement. All payments are required to be made in accordance with the agreed terms, and failure to comply with the defined payment schedule may affect project continuity.
In the event of delayed, partial, or non-payment, EnzenTechnologies reserves the right to suspend, pause, or withhold ongoing work, deliverables, or access to services until all outstanding dues are cleared. The company shall not be liable for any delays, losses, or disruptions arising from such suspension. Any additional costs incurred due to payment delays, including resource reallocation or project resumption efforts, may be chargeable to the client.
6. Delivery & Timelines
Project timelines are estimated based on the initial scope of work, technical assessment, and planning at the time of agreement. While EnzenTechnologies follows a structured and disciplined delivery approach, timelines are indicative and may be subject to change due to evolving requirements, scope modifications, third-party dependencies, technical challenges, or delays in client communication and approvals. The company does not guarantee fixed delivery dates unless explicitly agreed in writing under specific contractual terms.
EnzenTechnologies maintains ongoing communication to provide visibility into project progress, milestones, and any potential risks or delays. Clients acknowledge that timely collaboration, feedback, and decision-making are essential to maintaining delivery schedules, and any delays caused by the client or external dependencies may proportionally extend the agreed timelines without liability to EnzenTechnologies.
7. Intellectual Property
Ownership of final deliverables developed specifically for the client is transferred upon receipt of full and final payment, unless otherwise explicitly stated in a written agreement. This transfer applies only to the completed solution as defined within the agreed scope and does not include underlying tools, frameworks, libraries, methodologies, or reusable components used during development. All such internal assets remain the intellectual property of EnzenTechnologies.
EnzenTechnologies reserves the right to use, display, and reference non-confidential aspects of completed projects, including design elements, technical summaries, or general outcomes, for portfolio, case study, and marketing purposes. Clients are prohibited from redistributing, reselling, or claiming ownership over any proprietary components or development assets that are not explicitly transferred as part of the final deliverable.
8. Limitation of Liability
EnzenTechnologies shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, inability to use, or reliance on any services, systems, or solutions delivered. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, revenue loss, business interruption, operational inefficiencies, or any financial impact resulting from system performance, integration issues, or deployment outcomes. All deliverables are provided based on agreed specifications, and no guarantees are made beyond the defined scope of work.
Clients acknowledge that all software systems and digital platforms inherently involve technical risks, dependencies, and limitations. The responsibility for deployment, usage, monitoring, compliance, and ongoing operation of delivered solutions rests solely with the client. EnzenTechnologies shall not be liable for issues arising from third-party services, infrastructure environments, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
9. Third-Party Dependencies
Delivered solutions may include integrations with third-party platforms, tools, APIs, hosting providers, or external services that are not owned, operated, or controlled by EnzenTechnologies. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure proper integration and functionality, the company does not guarantee the availability, performance, security, or long-term reliability of such third-party services.
Clients are solely responsible for reviewing, accepting, and complying with the terms, policies, pricing structures, and operational limitations of any third-party services used within their project. EnzenTechnologies shall not be held liable for disruptions, failures, data issues, or changes in functionality caused by third-party providers, including service outages, API changes, policy updates, or discontinuation of services.
10. Revisions
Minor revisions or adjustments may be included within the agreed project scope, provided they fall within the originally defined requirements and do not alter the core functionality, structure, or technical complexity of the solution. The determination of what constitutes a minor revision shall be at the reasonable discretion of EnzenTechnologies based on the agreed scope of work.
Any additional changes, feature enhancements, design modifications, or functional updates requested beyond the agreed scope shall be treated as scope extensions and may require separate evaluation, revised timelines, and additional cost. No such changes will be implemented without prior confirmation and mutual agreement between both parties.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice, subject to any specific terms defined within the project agreement. In the event of termination, the client shall be liable to pay for all work completed, resources allocated, and services rendered up to the effective date of termination, regardless of project completion status.
EnzenTechnologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice in cases of non-payment, breach of agreed terms, misuse of services, or any conduct that adversely affects project execution or business operations. The company shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from such suspension or termination under these circumstances.
12. Updates
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
